In order to facilitate our members, we at Houser have been working on a support system which is now online.
Members can submit support tickets related to any issues they may be facing while using Houser, including account and profile issues, property uploading issues, help with virtual assistants, general inquiries and removal requests.
From now on, all support related issues, questions and queries will be handled through the support system, and all our members are encouraged to use it.
